Job Description

An Extruder Tender plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce plastic products. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical skills, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure that production meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines to fabricate plastic components.
• Ensure the machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform inspections to detect any mechanical issues.
• Maintain records of production outputs.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Help develop production protocols and improvements.
• Training new staff on machine operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate downtime.
• Provide feedback to management on machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in plastics processing or related field (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience operating extrusion machinery or in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous.
