Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. You'll manage the administrative tasks of the front desk and ensure that guests receive high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and check out guests, processing payments accurately.
  • Manage reservations and maintain the booking system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, providing information on local attractions and services.
  • Assist with the coordination of group bookings and events.
  • Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Handle mail and courier deliveries efficiently.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Compile and submit daily reports to management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with guests and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality roles preferred.
