We are seeking a skilled Telecom Technician to join our passionate team in Hastings. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing telecom systems, ensuring that our services remain reliable and efficient for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective functioning of telecom systems through regular checks.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Implement enhancements to improve system performance.
• Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Telecommunications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in telecom setups

• CompTIA Network+

Languages
