We are looking for an experienced Wax Machine Operator to join our production team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wax machinery and have experience in the manufacturing sector, ensuring high standards of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wax machines to ensure high production quality.
• Set up machines for varied wax product specifications.
• Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed.
• Conduct regular machinery maintenance and cleaning.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant workspace.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and defect recognition.
• Document production data and resolve any machine issues promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training is a bonus

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing role is preferred.
