Avionics Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our defence team in London. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing missile systems and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational readiness of missile equipment.
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Provide technical documentation for maintenance procedures.
• Assist in training new technicians on equipment protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Avionics or Electronics
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in avionics systems maintenance

Technical Skills

• CAD Software Proficiency
• Power and Hand Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving Skills
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Civilian Avionics Technician Certification
• Health and Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior military experience: Experience in a military environment is highly regarded.
