Job Description

We are searching for a Biofuels Production Manager who will oversee the manufacturing processes within our renewable energy sector, ensuring operations run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in optimizing production whilst leading a team committed to sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse production team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Establish and oversee effective manufacturing strategies to enhance production output.
  • Ensure all health and safety practices are adhered to across the production team.
  • Coordinate with engineering and logistics for best production practices.
  • Use production insights for continuous improvement.
  • Drive the implementation of process automation and efficiency.
  • Evaluate KPIs and productivity metrics, reporting to senior management.
  • Implement training and development initiatives for team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure production meets quality standards and aligns with environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management are desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industrial management role
