Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on legal matters impacting the corporation.
• Lead compliance audits and assessments within the organisation.
• Draft and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Foster effective relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Review and update corporate policies in line with legislative changes.
• Assist in training staff on legal compliance and corporate policies.
• Create and maintain a robust legal filing system and documentation.
• Actively contribute to developing the legal team's capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate legal roles
