Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction, where you'll manage a portfolio of accounts and develop strategies to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align client requirements.
  • Utilize CRM systems for tracking interactions and follow-ups.
  • Implement feedback loops to enhance services based on client input.
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management or customer service
