Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical trials in Chester. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing the efficiency of our research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of clinical trials, from trial design to final report submissions.
  • Foster excellent relationships with clinical sites and stakeholders to facilitate successful trial execution.
  • Coordinate the analysis of clinical data and preparation of study reports for submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them during the trial process.
  • Lead project teams and provide support and guidance throughout the study process.
  • Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • PhD in a relevant field is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in clinical trials and operations management
