Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Contract Compliance Officer in Swindon, responsible for overseeing compliance with legal agreements and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of our contracts while supporting various departments in navigating compliance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract compliance monitoring processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all contracts are reviewed in compliance with legal standards.
• Facilitate compliance training sessions for employees.
• Engage with stakeholders to address compliance inquiries.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
• Review policies and procedures for compliance effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Provide guidance on corrective actions and compliance improvements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness within the organisation.
• Assist in developing compliance policies consistent with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or related fields
• Professional compliance certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in contract compliance or related fields

Languages

• English: Fluent
