Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. As a key member of our practice, you will provide high-quality medical and surgical care for a diverse range of animals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent communication skills, and a passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Execute surgical operations with a focus on animal welfare.
  • Monitor the condition and recovery of animals post-treatment.
  • Educate clients on preventative care and wellness.
  • Manage medical supplies and maintain a sterile environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in research and knowledge sharing within the veterinary community.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Veterinary Science
  • Further qualifications in veterinary surgery are advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
