Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimising warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training.
  • Forecast future warehouse needs based on business activity and trends.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Participate in budget preparation and cost control measures.
  • Lead safety training and enforce compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management
