Job Description

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our dining experience, setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet to ensure guests have a delightful start to their day. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will contribute significantly to our hotel's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Generate leads by identifying potential customers and reaching out to them.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Work with product developers to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations to prospective clients.
  • Close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales techniques.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends.
  • Proactively seek client feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
