Responsibilities

• Lead the development of compliance-focussed internal audits.
• Advise clinical staff on compliance issues and best practices.
• Create training materials for compliance education.
• Conduct incident investigations and reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to align compliance efforts.
• Provide expert knowledge on applicable regulations and standards.
• Review and update compliance documentation regularly.
• Assist with the development of strategic compliance objectives.
• Evaluate compliance performance metrics periodically.
• Serve as a compliance liaison during inspections and audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related field
• Additional certifications in regulatory compliance are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience within healthcare compliance
