Job Description

As a Veterinary Surgeon in our Southampton practice, you will provide high-quality medical care to pets. This role involves consultations, surgical procedures, and collaborating with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the veterinary clinic.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to assess animal health.
• Coordinate with external specialists for complex cases.
• Participate in community outreach and educational events.
• Monitor inventory levels and order medical supplies as necessary.
• Conduct research and case studies on animal health topics.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote clinic services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
• Membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRVS) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a veterinary clinical setting
