Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining shoe manufacturing machines, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output. This role is critical in our production line, and we seek individuals who are detail-oriented and have a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate machines for different production runs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to implement improvements.
  • Keep maintenance logs and production records.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding machine performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in machine operation is preferred.
Experience
  • Prior experience working as a machine operator in manufacturing is preferred.
