Job Description

As a Stock Unloader in Manchester, you will be responsible for unloading stock from delivery trucks and ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations within the warehouse. Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset are key as you check the quality and quantity of goods.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods from delivery trucks to designated storage areas.
• Verify stock details against invoices and delivery notes.
• Organize stock in the warehouse efficiently for easy access.
• Document and report any discrepancies in stock levels.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks effectively and safely.
• Maintain a tidy workplace and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions for warehouse procedures and safety.
• Provide support in inventory management and stocktaking.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.

Languages

Advantageous

• Previous warehouse experience.: Experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre is a plus.
