Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to assist our clients with their technical needs. Your role will involve diagnosing problems, providing helpful solutions, and collaborating with the technical team to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure issue resolution.
  • Manage incoming support tickets and prioritize according to severity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials for new support staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
