Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and our organisation, using your expertise to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the key relationship manager.
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Work with sales and marketing to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to drive improvements.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for new clients on our services.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials from satisfied clients to improve marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate client needs and identify potential areas for business development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role or account management
