Job Description
As a Hearing Aid Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hearing aids for our clients. You will ensure that devices are functioning correctly while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning hearing aids
Repair and replace damaged hearing aid components
Assist clients in adjusting their hearing aids
Provide training on the use and maintenance of devices
Document repair processes and keep detailed logs
Stay informed about new technologies in hearing aids
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Work with suppliers for parts procurement
Engage in team meetings to discuss best practices
Foster strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Requirements
Education
Relevant technical degree or certification
Experience
Experience in customer service roles is a plus
