Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic interventions, conduct assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Strong communication and assessment skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver psychological therapies and interventions to diverse client groups.
  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions based on established criteria.
  • Work alongside psychiatrists and social workers for holistic care.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for various mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Provide training and supervision for junior staff and interns.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Advocate for mental health awareness within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Additional certifications in specialised therapies preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical practice preferred
