Elevator Attendant

Job Description

As an Elevator Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators in our high-end residential and commercial buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist passengers and maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient new elevator staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for scheduled repairs.
• Monitor and help control elevator usage in busy periods.
• Assist in promoting a positive atmosphere within the building.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training in hospitality management preferred

Experience

• Experience in facilities or property management is a plus.
