Job Description

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our IT systems. Your role will involve comprehensive analyses and evaluations of system performance, identifying areas that require improvement, and implementing optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and assess system performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement suggested improvements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess system efficacy.
  • Manage and update documentation of performance procedures.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand performance needs.
  • Assist in the configuration of monitoring tools for optimal performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years experience in IT performance monitoring and analysis
