Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Welder to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience in retrofit welding processes and will be responsible for performing welding tasks in line with industry standards, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retrofit welding tasks in compliance with industry standards.
  • Assess project specifications and execute welding techniques accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of welded components.
  • Maintain welding equipment in optimal condition.
  • Prepare detailed documentation on welding projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Adapt and modify welding techniques for various projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Certifications in welding (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3 Welding)
Experience
  • Prior experience working as a Welder in a similar role, preferably in retrofit welding.
