Scroll Assembler

Job Description

As a Scroll Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling, testing, and inspecting scroll compressors. The right candidate will ensure that all products meet meticulous quality standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions for effective assembly.
• Operate and maintain assembly machines to produce high-quality scroll components.
• Assemble and test completed scrolls according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure continuous production without delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all production activities.
• Assist in implementing improvements to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure streamlined operations.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing production needs and priorities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or apprenticeship in mechanical assembly preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or related fields

Technical Skills

• Assembly equipment knowledge
• Quality inspection techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
