Job Description

We are looking for skilled Computer and Automated Teller Machine Repairers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various office machines, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Install, initiate, and maintain operations of office machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs effectively.
• Document technical processes and machine functionalities.
• Engage with clients to understand their machine usage needs.
• Support the engineering team with machine enhancement projects.
• Assist with inventory management of replacement parts.
• Monitor machine performance metrics to anticipate issues.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in repair of automated teller or office machines.

Technical Skills

• Repair Techniques

Certifications

• City and Guilds Level 2 in Engineering
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
