Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients.
Assess medication therapy and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Manage medication inventory and handle recalls or shortages.
Engage in professional development and continuing education.
Establish and maintain patient relationships for ongoing care.
Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
PhD in Pharmacy is highly regarded
Experience
Current GPhC registration and experience in a retail setting
