Job Description

The Uranium Processing Supervisor will oversee efficient operations within our uranium processing facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a skilled team of technicians and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all uranium processing operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Create and uphold compliance guidelines for operational processes.
  • Set up and manage daily processing schedules and workflow.
  • Oversee staff training and promote a culture of safety.
  • Analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss objectives and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of new processing technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or related field
  • Additional certifications in advanced processing technologies are a plus
Experience
  • 8+ years in nuclear operations with leadership experience.
