Job Description

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Business Law Instructor to join our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing course materials, and ensuring students comprehensively understand legal concepts and principles applicable to the business world.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct seminars focused on real-life legal applications.
• Incorporate current legal trends and changes into the curriculum.
• Assist students in navigating their academic paths and career aspirations.
• Engage with industry professionals to keep course content relevant.
• Participate in research initiatives contributing to the field of business law.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Master's degree in Law or a related field is preferable

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience practicing business law

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of business law principles and concepts
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to effectively engage and connect with students
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time management and multitasking skills

Certifications

• Teaching qualification (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Law or a related field: Higher qualifications preferred to enrich the academic environment.
• Experience in curriculum development and course design: Proven experience in creating effective educational programmes.
• Publication of scholarly articles or research in business law: Demonstrated academic contributions to the field.
