We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Bristol team. This role involves a mix of recruitment, employee relations, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and enhancing our organisational culture.
Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and support the recruitment process from end to end.
Develop training materials to promote understanding of company policies.
Handle employee relations matters, offering support and solutions.
Ensure organisational compliance with HR standards and legislation.
Oversee employee performance management and review processes.
Create an employee engagement plan to improve workplace culture.
Assist with payroll administration and benefit programs.
Update and maintain employee records accurately.
Coordinate HR-related projects as needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
CIPD Level 7 preferred
Experience
5+ years in a generalist HR role
