Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Bristol team. This role involves a mix of recruitment, employee relations, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and enhancing our organisational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and support the recruitment process from end to end.
  • Develop training materials to promote understanding of company policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, offering support and solutions.
  • Ensure organisational compliance with HR standards and legislation.
  • Oversee employee performance management and review processes.
  • Create an employee engagement plan to improve workplace culture.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefit programs.
  • Update and maintain employee records accurately.
  • Coordinate HR-related projects as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a generalist HR role
