Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Flight Operations Assistant to support our daily flight operations. You will handle flight itinerary management, assist in pre-flight briefings, and maintain communication channels between flight and ground personnel, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily flight operations by managing schedules.
  • Coordinate with pilots and ground staff for seamless operations.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and manage any irregular operations and delays.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive relationship with passengers through effective communication.
  • Conduct routine audits on compliance with safety procedures.
  • Support the training of new team members on operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Education Qualification in Aviation or related field
Experience
  • Experience in customer service roles within aviation

  • Knowledge of Aviation Regulations

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
