This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision, planning all aspects of events, from logistics to execution, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day. Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for events that align with client objectives.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout event planning.
• Draft and deliver contracts and agreements with vendors and venues.
• Provide on-site support and coordination during events.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Additional certifications in event management strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning or similar roles
