As a Nursery Supervisor at ABC Nursery, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the well-being and development of children. You will implement effective educational programs in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring a nurturing environment.
• Develop strategies for staff training and professional growth.
• Implement safeguarding policies and procedures consistently.
• Foster strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Monitor children's participation and engagement in activities.

Requirements

Education

• Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent
• First Aid certification
• Enhanced DBS check

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursery or childcare setting.

Technical Skills

• Nursery Management Software
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Leadership

Advantageous

• Training in child safeguarding: Relevant training or certifications in child safety and safeguarding.
• Experience with parental engagement strategies: Experience in fostering strong home-school relationships for children.
