Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Compliance Specialist to ensure our HR practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards. This role involves auditing HR policies, training staff on compliance issues, and fostering a culture of awareness and adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed compliance audits and lead efforts to remediate any deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance into daily operations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance policies and procedures.
  • Identify trends in compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all compliance inquiries.
  • Develop, refine, and implement compliance awareness training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance training and communication.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Stay current with industry standards and best practices in compliance.
  • Engage with staff to foster a compliant and ethical workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or a related role
