Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Specialist to oversee payroll processing and compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll systems and a strong understanding of UK employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the payroll system and ensure its functionality meets business requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle all payroll adjustments as required.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll matters.
  • Set up processes for payroll reporting and data management.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to payroll management.
  • Support HR initiatives related to payroll improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR Management
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll or HR-related roles
