Responsibilities
Administer the payroll system and ensure its functionality meets business requirements.
Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy.
Handle all payroll adjustments as required.
Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll matters.
Set up processes for payroll reporting and data management.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to payroll management.
Support HR initiatives related to payroll improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR Management
Experience
3+ years of experience in payroll or HR-related roles
