Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Pear Pickers to join our harvesting team. The role involves harvesting pears, sorting them based on quality, and ensuring efficient packing for transport. Successful candidates will enjoy working outdoors and must be physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all harvested fruits are collected in a timely manner.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate harvesting efforts.
• Assist in maintaining farm equipment and tools.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for working outdoors.
• Participate in team briefings and debriefings post-harvest.

Requirements

Experience

• No specific experience required; farming experience is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Physical fitness
• Hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Advantageous

• Previous experience in agriculture or farming: Experience working in harvesting or similar roles.
• Ability to speak a second language: Languages such as Spanish or Romanian can be beneficial.
