Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of online marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic and improving conversion rates.
  • Analyse data from various sources including Google Analytics to measure success of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Enhance UX/UI features on the website to improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Train and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
