Job Description

We are on the lookout for meticulous Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to maintain our high standards in production. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance in our operations across various sectors, from manufacturing to food production.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products throughout the production cycle to maintain high standards.
• Utilize measuring tools to ensure accurate sampling and weighing.
• Collect data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Lead training sessions on quality assurance protocols and safety measures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current quality control processes and suggest improvements.
• Document and report on inspection outcomes to upper management.
• Facilitate audits and ensure compliance with external quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to quality control.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness among team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality inspection or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Metrology
• Statistical Analysis

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Total Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
