Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Cruiser Operator to lead our operations team. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations aboard our cruise ships, ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience while adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of the cruise vessel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to address technical issues promptly.
• Engage with passengers to promote onboard experiences and services.
• Conduct inspections of operational areas to ensure standards are met.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and guest engagement.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management of cruise operations.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training exercises with the crew.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Navigation, Marine Science, or related field
• Additional certifications in maritime studies are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the marine or hospitality industry
