Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key in delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer support requests and provide timely responses.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights.
  • Assist in developing support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convey customer feedback.
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer issues.
  • Contribute to team goals and overall success.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years in a customer service role
