Job Description

As a Real Estate Appraisal Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for assessing property values, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Lead property appraisal assignments from initial inspection to final report.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Real Estate Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property appraisal and valuation
