Job Description

We are seeking an Apartment House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.
  • Manage budgets effectively while maintaining operational standards.
  • Engage with tenants to foster a community atmosphere.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
  • Support leasing processes by marketing vacancies and conducting showings.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
