Job Description

We are seeking a Hotshot Superintendent to lead and oversee all phases of construction projects in London. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing complex projects and a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate resources for construction projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct training for subcontractors and staff on safety standards.
  • Implement building information modelling (BIM) where applicable.
  • Coordinate project close-out activities, ensuring all aspects are concluded satisfactorily.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Professional Certification (e.g. Chartered Institute of Building) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project)
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM)

  • English: Fluent
