Responsibilities

• Assist clients with domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Provide in-depth knowledge about various travel destinations.
• Manage and confirm travel reservations and itineraries.
• Upsell additional services, such as travel insurance or guided tours.
• Support clients with visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Resolve travel-related problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage in various sales and marketing activities to attract new clients.
• Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Track and report on sales performance and client feedback.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and travel advisories.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in travel consultancy.

Technical Skills

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Experience with travel booking engines

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Travel industry certification: Having certifications such as ABTA or ATOL would be an advantage.
• Experience in luxury travel planning: Previous work in high-end travel arrangements is preferred.
