Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources functions at Tech Innovations Inc. You will be pivotal in shaping our HR strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the HR team to optimise operational performance.
  • Create and implement initiatives to enhance organisational culture.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR processes for efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Evaluate and manage external HR service providers as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
