Responsibilities

• Conduct legislative research and prepare briefs for decision-makers.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and suggest improvements.
• Assist in organizing workshops and seminars on legislative topics.
• Keep track of policy debates and legislative sessions that affect the organisation.
• Work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.
• Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of public policy proposals for advocacy.
• Collaborate with research teams to align findings with legislative goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in legislative analysis or related field
