Job Description

As a Meal Grinder Tender, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently operate and maintain meat grinding machinery. This includes overseeing the production processes, ensuring quality control, and adhering to all safety protocols. You will play a crucial role in our production team, ensuring that the end products meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust meat grinding machinery for specific processing tasks.
• Monitor grinding speed and quality of output, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct quality control checks on the finished ground meat products.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Help with inventory management of raw materials used in production.
• Support other operational areas as needed, including packaging.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in food production or meat processing environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to operate grinding machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent
