Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our Plymouth clinic. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat ailments in a variety of animals, ensuring their health and well-being through high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions in various animals.
  • Maintain a supportive and caring environment for animal patients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for pet owners to address concerns and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with specialists and referral practices when necessary.
  • Participate in outreach activities to promote animal health.
  • Engage in community education and veterinary initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • BVSc or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Medicine is advantageous
Experience
  • Proven experience handling various animal species is desirable
