Job Description

As a Baggage Porter and Bellhop, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their luggage, provide information about hotel services, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by assisting guests with their luggage.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly introduction to the hotel.
  • Support the front desk team by assisting during peak check-in/check-out times.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the hotel’s offerings to inform guests.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Education

  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
