Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met.
Gather and record patient histories and vital sign readings.
Assist in the management of patient diets and nutritional needs.
Use medical equipment as trained and instructed.
Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements
Education
Certificate in Nursing or related field
Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in patient care roles.
